Eye care in Tabriz, planned from wherever you are.
If you live outside Iran, you can send your eye records before you travel, so the team knows your situation and what to expect.
Before you travel
Please send what you have. Clear copies are fine to start with.
- Your current glasses or contact lens prescription, and earlier ones if you have them
- Reports of earlier eye examinations, operations, laser treatment or injections into the eye
- OCT scans, visual field results, eye photographs or other test results, as image files or PDFs, with the written reports
- A list of the medicines and eye drops you use now, and your allergies and long-term conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure
Send these through our international support line on WhatsApp or by phone: +989302272111

Practical questions
Do I always need an operation?
No. Many eye problems are first managed with an examination, glasses, drops or regular follow-up. A review of your records helps the doctor say what is likely to be needed, and a final decision is made after examination.
Can my eyes be examined remotely?
Records can be reviewed from a distance, but a full eye examination, including dilating the pupil and measuring eye pressure, needs a visit in person.
How long would I need to stay in Tabriz?
It depends on whether you need only a consultation or a procedure, and on your recovery. The doctor will give an estimate once your records have been reviewed.
Can a companion come with me?
Yes, companions are welcome. After an examination with dilating drops, or after eye surgery, it is best not to travel or drive alone.
What about language?
Please tell us your language when you contact us. The languages available are being confirmed.
How do I pay?
Payment details are explained with your plan, before you decide to travel.
What number do I call in an emergency?
115 is the emergency number inside Iran. It works only while you are in Iran. From abroad, use your local emergency number. If your vision suddenly falls, you see a dark curtain or new flashes of light, or you have severe eye pain, do not wait for a remote review: get seen where you are at once.
Every patient's treatment plan is different; ask your doctor about your own situation.
